What Is a Business Day?
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding postal holidays (federal holidays when the USPS is closed). Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days. The USPS holiday calendar can be found on the USPS website.
Delivery Times
- Delivery times are between 6:00AM EST and 10:00PM EST on weekdays.
If You Are Absent On Delivery Day
- If you are not available, the postal worker will leave a notice or parcel at your door or mailbox.
- You can then re-schedule the delivery or pick up your package at your local post office.
Returned Packages
- Domestic UK: If a shipment is returned to us, we will contact you to confirm the address.
- If we cannot establish communication within five (5) business days after multiple attempts, we will refund the order amount minus the original shipping cost and the return-to-sender shipping fee.
Estimated Delivery Timeframe
- Please allow 2-3 business days for processing your order.
- Delivery estimates are for domestic UK shipments and are in addition to the processing time.

Free Ground Shipping
- Orders over £75 qualify for free ground shipping within the UK.
- Orders under £75 will be charged £5.95 for shipping.

- Once your order is shipped, and if you provided your email, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking link.
Pre-Order Items
- Orders with pre-ordered products will be shipped together once the pre-order item is available.
- To receive items immediately available, place separate orders for in-stock products and pre-order items.
Free Shipping Restrictions
- Free shipping may be offered for selected products; some items may not qualify.
- International Shipping: Due to high costs, we do not guarantee return attempts if delivery fails. We work with carriers to make every effort to deliver packages successfully.
